01 / THE CONSTRAINT

A site investigation required separate network-management and monitoring consoles. Relevant information was spread across tools instead of available together for triage.

02 / THE DECISION

Bring the existing management APIs into one interface, exposing eighteen diagnostic operations and switch-level anomaly flags for degraded ports.

03 / THE DELIVERY

One interface for site health, device inventory, port state, WAN status, configuration snapshots, topology, and change history. Site triage moved from searching multiple consoles to a single query.
