I’m Jose, a network and systems engineer working where infrastructure and business processes meet.

I work as an independent contractor to a managed service provider in Ontario. That means time inside multi-site networks, identity systems, cloud phones, and the business applications layered on top, across medical, hospitality, and professional-services environments.

My work combines keeping systems running with reducing the manual work around them: network design and migrations, monitoring, CRM workflows, API integrations, and structured catalog data.

I work in English and Spanish. Clear communication matters when explaining a technical decision, supporting someone under pressure, or handing a system back to the people who use it.
